The construction of a 50,000sq.ft. Warehouse office facility employing 70 personnel.

This local family business has grown from a shop in Brighton’s Lanes to an international company importing and distributing pharmaceutical and novelty goods to the UK high street.

The company had outgrown its existing facilities, which had evolved pragmatically with fundamental inherent inefficiencies.

We were commissioned to evaluate the existing management and facilities of the business and create a ‘model’ of how the business could develop and how this would manifest itself in a new facility building.

The Client purchased a site (opposite their existing facility) onto which we developed a scheme for the new building.

We modelled various options using BIM intelligent computer modelling technology to develop the most efficient layouts for the site and the working arrangement of the warehouse / office facilities.

The scheme was constructed via a local management construction company.
